The founder of Nordic Revenue Forum Finland Hanna Lak is one the leading revenue management experts in Finland. Previous to starting her own company HMMH Consulting in 2009 she was the director of revenue management development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Since then she has coached, trained and consulted independent hotel owners and hotel chains creating value for their customers and owners through improved processes and profits.

In between founded an own specialist tour operator for SingleTravel (adamare SingleReisen) still being a shareholder in it. Now responsible as Vice President Sales at GIATA striving to intensify and grow our network of partner, supplier & customer.

Nowlis is an active management consultant, providing business advisory services to multinational corporations, government agencies, academic institutions and trade associations in the hospitality industry.

Samantha Williams is an award winning revenue specialist and currently holds the senior management position of Commercial Director at Profitroom. Before joining Profitroom she worked as a senior revenue and product manager working with a mixed portfolio of over 75 hotels and prior to this held sales and marketing manager positions for leisure resorts and hotels. Highly respected and with a strong background in hospitality, revenue management and leadership she has worked across numerous hotel marketing and management disciplines and is able to relate to the challenges that hoteliers face.

As Shiji's Director of Sales, Thomas Danielczak is responsible for Central Europe, including DACH, BeNeLux and the Nordics. Hotelier by heart, Thomas worked in various positions with Marriott, Rezidor and Starwood, as well as individual hotels. Prior to Shiji, he worked with HRS Global Hotel Solutions as Manager Global Sales Strategy and Steering, where he defined and monitored sales and go-to market strategies across all 25 offices of the HRS Group.

Outside work, Janne loves all kind of sports and enjoys spending time in the nature.

Igor Nys is a Business Development Manager for OTA Insight in EMEA, having joined the company 6-months ago. Igor focuses on the Benelux and Nordic regions, helping hoteliers to make smarter revenue, distribution and marketing decisions through the use of technology and digitalisation. Igor has previously worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and berner + becker revenue management, where he held numerous Revenue Management positions in Frankfurt and Munich.

Henrik has a long background within the hotel industry, mainly from Revenue Management, distribution and in-house sales at Radisson Hotels in Stockholm and Gothenburg. Henrik has solid experience from Revenue Management within Meeting & Events. The latest position Henrik held was as Revenue Manager in the newly opened Stockholm Waterfront Hotel & Congress Centre where he built and managed the Revenue- and in house sales departments. Since 2014 Henrik is responsible for customer relations in Benchmarking Alliance with focus on the conference benchmarking product.
Hannu Vahokoski has worked in business development in both sales & marketing as well as consulting role for over 20 years. Hannu is specialized in understanding consumer behaviour, service design, and customer experience. He is familiar with Shopper marketing since working for Leaf sweets company. Hannu has worked in hospitality business for the past 10 years, where he started with Otrum the TV-systems and was in charge of global hotel chains in Europe. Hannu got an idea for a new type of service for hotels two years ago, when he noticed digitalisation was still far from the daily life of the industry. - The Hotelway was born. ”My passion is to get things rolling without ”hick ups”- and provide more for the customer at the same time”, Hannu.

Anna is responsible for supporting Proposales business in the Nordics and France as an Area Manager. Her mission is to help hotels to convert to modern selling procedures. Anna Boulard Israelsson describes herself as a hotelier with a true passion for technology. After kicking off her career at Availpro as an Account Manager, Anna then evolved within the hospitality industry as a Hotel Manager for several properties in Paris, where she realized the impact of technology on hotel performance and success. Before joining Proposales in 2022 she spent the past five years working for D-EDGE in the Nordics.
