The founder of Nordic Revenue Forum Finland Hanna Lak is one the leading revenue management experts in Finland. Previous to starting her own company HMMH Consulting in 2009 she was the director of revenue management development for Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Since then she has coached, trained and consulted independent hotel owners and hotel chains creating value for their customers and owners through improved processes and profits.

Nowlis is an active management consultant, providing business advisory services to multinational corporations, government agencies, academic institutions and trade associations in the hospitality industry.

Samantha Williams is an award winning revenue specialist and currently holds the senior management position of Director of Business Development at Profitroom. Before joining Profitroom she worked as a senior revenue and product manager working with a mixed portfolio of over 75 hotels and prior to this held sales and marketing manager positions for leisure resorts and hotels. Highly respected and with a strong background in hospitality, revenue management and leadership she has worked across numerous hotel marketing and management disciplines and is able to relate to the challenges that hoteliers face.

As Shiji's Director of Sales, Thomas Danielczak is responsible for Central Europe, including DACH, BeNeLux and the Nordics. Hotelier by heart, Thomas worked in various positions with Marriott, Rezidor and Starwood, as well as individual hotels. Prior to Shiji, he worked with HRS Global Hotel Solutions as Manager Global Sales Strategy and Steering, where he defined and monitored sales and go-to market strategies across all 25 offices of the HRS Group.

Most of his professional life Janne has been working with travel and gathered wide international experience from diverse areas of the travel industry, business segments and sales channels. In his current role as a Director, Business Travel at Amadeus Finland Janne is responsible for corporate travel related business in Finland and works closely with travel management companies (TMC’s) and corporations in the Finnish market. Outside work, Janne loves all kind of sports and enjoys spending time in the nature.
